No problem! Your membership includes 24/7 access to virtual care via our app, so you can consult with a licensed medical provider from anywhere, anytime.
Billing & Payment
How will I be billed for my membership?
Billing is done monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose during sign-up. Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or e-wallets.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. An e-receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon successful payment. You can also download invoices from your member portal or mobile app dashboard.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden charges. We believe in transparent pricing. All consultation fees, add-ons, and optional services will be communicated clearly before any charges are made.
Is my membership fee refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. However, you may cancel before your next cycle starts to avoid future charges.
Do you offer group or corporate billing?
Yes, we offer corporate billing solutions for companies providing PARAMOUNT Healthcare as an employee benefit. Monthly or quarterly statements can be arranged for HR convenience.
Can I update my billing information?

How does PARAMOUNT Healthcare protect my personal and medical information?

Do you track user activity in the app or website?
We only collect anonymous usage data to improve our services. Personal activity is not tracked unless it’s for medical care coordination or user-requested support.
