How to Register Your Baby with PARAMOUNT Healthcare Before Birth?

Signing up your baby with PARAMOUNT Healthcare is simple. Just register them here — no need to worry if you haven’t chosen a name yet. We can update the chart with any new details after your baby arrives.

Once your baby is born, you can schedule their first appointment through our app. Their first well visit is usually within one to three days after leaving the hospital. Be sure to allow extra time to prepare for your newborn's appointment, and bring any hospital discharge records and documents.

At what age can my child start seeing a provider?

Lactation Consultations

Alongside traditional pediatric care and 24/7 virtual support, we offer chestfeeding and lactation consultations to simplify life for busy parents. Our certified lactation consultants provide personalized, 60-minute in-person sessions to assist with breastfeeding, breast pumping, bottle feeding, and weaning.

Lactation consulting appointments can be scheduled through our app or member website, and are typically covered by insurance.
